单个厚电极超声换能器振子的频率方程
Frequency equation for one-thick electrode ultrasonic transducer
【摘要】 旋转超声加工是加工硬脆材料的一种较好方法。为实现长时间连续稳定工作,必须使用厚电极的超声换能器振子。目前,对厚电极换能器振子的研究较少,使用时一般使用近似计算与实验调整相结合的方法。为了较精确地设计厚电极超声换能器振子,类比薄电极换能器振子的研究方法,推导了单个厚电极节面在能器振子中间时的频率方程,并使用模态实验分析和有限元仿真相结合的方法进行了验证,结果表明:在给定的电极厚度范围内,换能器振子的谐振频率误差小于5%,完全满足工程应用的需要。
【Abstract】 Rotary ultrasonic machining is an effective method for machining hard and fragile materials. Thick electrode ultrasonic transducers should be used to extend the machining time reliable. Thick ultrasonic transducers are currently designed using approximate calculations and numerous tests. A frequency equation for a one-thick electrode ultrasonic transducer was developed by analogy with a thin transducer electrode assuming that the non-moving plane is at the middle of the transducer. The equation was verified using mode experiments and the FEM with the results showing that for the given electrode thickness range, the resonance frequency error is less than 5%, so the frequency estimate meets engineering requirements.
