独活抗氧化作用的研究

【摘要】 采用测定POV值的方法,以VC为对照,用独活乙醇提取物对五种食用油脂的抗氧化性进行了研究,结果发现对五种油脂有一定的抗氧化作用,对其作用机理作了初步的分析.

【Abstract】 POV was determined at different time and compare with VC,the antioxidant effects on five kinds of greases were studied by using Radix Angelicae Pubesentis hydrous alcohol extriaction solvent .The results showed that the antioxidant effects on five kinds greases. On this bases preliminary analysis is made about antioxidant mechanism of it.
