试论以人为本的管理意蕴

【摘要】 以人为本是社会历史发展的必然要求,是我们在管理和其他各项工作中必须坚持的原则。在管理中坚持以人为本就是在尊重人的主体地位的前提下通过调动人的主动性、积极性和创造性以实现组织的目标并促进人的全面发展。它包括五个层次的涵义:把组织看作人的集合体,依赖人及其发展,适应人的特点和要求,促进人的发展,把管理对象(人民群众、员工)作为管理效益评价的主体。在全面建设小康社会和推进社会主义现代化进程中,我们必须切实实施和加强管理,坚持以人为本。

【Abstract】 Human-centeredness has been needed by modern society, and it is a principle that we should insist on in our work of management and other fields as well. Human-centeredness in management means that management mobilize the initiative and creativity of personnel to promote realization of organizational objectives and development of personnel under their roles of subject being respected. It has such implications in management as looking at an organization as a group of personnel, depending on personnel themselves and their growth, fitting to their characteristics and needs, promoting their development, and taking them as subject who evaluates the effciency and benefit of management. We must implement and improve management and adhere to the principle of human-centeredness, in the process of building xiao-kang society in an all-round way and promote our socialist modernization.
