【摘要】 1971—2003年32年间的《青海农林科技》收稿载文情况统计分析结果显示,省属单位、大通县、互助县等来稿量和采用率全省最高,西宁市属单位(市级和五区)虽收稿量总数排在第五,采用量排在第三,但市属单位和五区平均后,甚至排在海东各县之后,并且论文的质量也不及省属单位、大通、互助等地县;玉树、果洛最低,因此,今后应加强对欠发达地区的科技信息指导,并通过不同途径倡导西宁市各区及有关农林单位对科技信息和科研论文的重视程度应达到一个新的高度,以发挥政治、经济、文化中心的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Development and speciality level of science and technology of agriculture and forestry in every states and counties in Qinghai were analyzed according to formal publish situation of 《Science and Technology of Qinghai Agriculture and Forestry》and statistical data in 32 years since 1971.The results showed that gathered drafts and rate of selected from province degree units,Datong county,Huzhu county et al were the most among Qinghai.Although Xining was the second arranged in drafts quantity.But it was even behind every county of east of Qinghai after averaged for the city’s subordinate units and 5 districts.Yushu and Guoluo county were the lest.Thus,it would be given more information guide of science and technology,and every districts of Xining and other units of agriculture and forestry were initiated to pay attention to information and thesis of science and technology by variety methods,and center role of politics,economy and culture was explored in Xining.更多还原
