【摘要】 本文从民间法的视角 ,对历史上和现实生活中的藏族传统法律文化现象作了分析。认为民主改革前后藏族法文化的表现形式各具特色 ,而且它们与国家法的关系不完全相同 ,因而其社会地位和对社会发生作用的方式也略有差异。只有正确认识 ,方能科学对待更多还原

【Abstract】 The author of this article makes a certain analysis on the phenomena of traditional law culture of the Zangs in the history and real life of the Zangs from the angle of folk laws,and holds the form of expression of the Tibetan law culture have its characteristics before and after democratic reform,and the relationships between the Tibetan law culture and the law of the state are not fully alikes.So,there are slight duscrepany in the social status and way of social influence.更多还原
