铝合金熔炼铸造能源与资源节约

【摘要】 简述了中国铝工业熔炼铸造中的能源与资源利用现状及其与工业发达国家的差距,中国铝及铝合金熔炼铸造的"两源"节约潜力还很大。目前国内在产的铝厂有122个,有混合炉约300台,约200台重熔锭铸造机,在能源与资源消耗方面仅比工业发达国家的略大一些。铝材加工业有约5000台熔炼炉与保温炉,再生铝工业有5t以上的炉约200台,压铸与铸造行业有约0.5t以上的炉2200台。平均起来,中国铝工业的重熔铸造能耗比工业发达国家的高75%以上,铝的烧损大一倍以上。主要原因是中国的工厂规模小、炉多、技术水平低与管理不善等。

【Abstract】 This paper has briefed the present situation on the energies and resources utilization of the aluminum melting and casting of aluminum industry in China,and its gaps to the industry developed countries as well. It is still significant that the save potentials of the "two sources"of aluminum and its alloy melting and casting in China. At present there are about 122 aluminum factories which are in production in China. There are about 300 sets of mixing and holding furnaces, and about 200 casters for remelt ingots. So the consumptions of energies and resources are slightly higher than the developed countries. Fabrication industry of aluminum materials possesses about 5 000 sets of aluminum melting and holding furnaces; aluminum recycled industry about 200 furnaces over 5 tons; aluminum pressure casting and casting industries about 2 200 furnaces of which capacities are above 0.5 tons. On the average, energies consumptions of the remelting and casting of aluminum industry in China are 75% higher than the developed countries, and the aluminum combusted losses are over one times bigger.The main reasons are that the scales of factories in China are comparatively much smaller, numbers of furnaces many, the technical levels low, and managements bad,etc.
