铝型材氧化膜低温封孔后强化陈化过程的研究
Research on Intensifying Aging Process of Oxidic Film on Aluminum Profiles after Low-temperature Sealing
【摘要】 铝型材阳极氧化后用Ni F体系低温封孔剂封孔,在封孔后封孔反应仍在缓慢持续地进行,即陈化过程。用热水洗的方法可加速陈化过程的进行。
【Abstract】 After anodizing aluminium profiles,sealing reaction with the Ni-F systematic low-temperature sealing agent will go on continuously and slowly after sealing, i.e. aging process. The research on accelerated aging process is described in this article through method of hot-water wash.
