【Abstract】 This article has determined the productive technology of the 2011-T3 and 2011-T8 bars,optimized the technological data, and analyzed the effect ,caused by the technological data , to the mechanical properties of the alloy.The microstructure deformation in the aging process of the alloy has been stated ,and the heteromorphy has been found the cause of the natural aging process of the 2011 alloy .
