冷却速度对Al2O3/Al-Si复合材料凝固组织的影响
Effect of Different Cooling Rate on Solidification Microstructures of Alumina Short Fiber-Reinforced Al-Si Alloy Matrix Composite
【摘要】 采用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜分析Al2O3/Al-Si复合材料的凝固组织,发现界面处有Cu2Mg富集;Al-Si合金能很好地润湿Al2O3纤维,Al-Si合金与Al2O3纤维形成了共格、半共格混合界面;随着冷却速度的降低,界面偏析严重,没有界面产物。
【Abstract】 The solidification microstructures of Al2O3/Al-Si alloy matrix composite is examined by means of TEM and XRD,and it is found that there is accumulation of Cu2Mg at the interface.The analysis of tensile fracture shows that Al-Si alloy wets alumina fibers very well,and that coherent and semicoherent mixed interface is formed.With the decreasing of the cooling rate,the interface segregation become more graveness,but interface product is not found.
