【摘要】 高等学校管理中存在着三股基本的力量:行政力量、市场力量和学术力量。高等学校管理的重要功能和目的就是实现校内资源配置的优化。与市场配置和政府干预存在市场失灵和政府失灵一样,在一定的条件下,高等学校管理也会出现“学校失灵”。文章探讨了三种类型的学校失灵:学校行政失灵、校内市场失灵和校内学术失灵。针对学校失灵的表现和原因,文章最后提出了改革的出路之一是对高校进行社会经营。更多还原
