【摘要】 随着高等院校的连续扩招、招生人数的急剧增加，社会上和教育界对高等教育质量和毕业生就业问题普遍关注。在高等教育的改革与发展中，必须协调解决高等教育需求持续增长和教育质量稳步提高两个难题，这不仅需要转换教育观念，也需要从制度上予以保证。对教育质量实施有效的质量监控是促进教学质量不断改进、不断提高的重要手段和保证，质量监控的途径和方法应该多样化。一个完整的教学质量监控体系整合后应包涵外部、内部以及对问题的跟殊反债与落实三个方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid increase of the numbers of students in higher institutions in China,the teaching quality and grduates’employment are causing more attention in the society and the educational field.In the reform and development of higher education,the two problems of the sustained develonment and the improvement of teaching quality must be solved,which calls for not only the change of concept,but also the guarantee from the organzation.The effective implementation of the quality system is an important means and assurance in the renovation and improvement of teaching quality,and the means and methods of the quality control oughtto be varied.A complete quality control system shall include the three aspects of intemal,extemal and follow-up feedhack and implementation.更多还原
