【Abstract】 The typical flaws that emersed frequently in aluminum alloy die-casting process,such as air hole,shrink hole,concave and so on,are introduced according to the die-casting of motorcycle air cylinder.In addition,the forming reason of flaws and the measure of removing flows are analyzed by studing the working state of die-casting machine,rationality of mould structure,choice of technical parameters, quality of alloy melt and die-casting operation.更多还原
