矩形排样的一种算法
A Algorithm for the Rectangular Stock Problem
【摘要】 针对当前矩形排料的问题 ,分析了当前矩形排料的一些算法 ,结合计算机自动排样速度快和人工排样灵活的特点 ,提出了一种新的人机排样的算法 ,构造了相应的模型 ,并开发了自动排样和人工排样相结合的交互式排样软件。与自动排样比较 ,排样的利用率由 87.73 %提高到 94 .1 7%。
【Abstract】 In allusion to rectangular stock’s problem, analyzing the algorithms for the current rectangular stock and combining the computer stock’s rapidness with human stock’s flexibility, a new algorithm for human-machine stock was put forward. A corresponding model was constructed and a stock interactive system combing automatic stock with artificial stock was developed. The stock’s utilization has increased from 87.73 percent to 94.17 percent compared with the computer stock’s.
