影响光孤子传输的几个因素
Discussions on Several Problems Affecting Optical Soliton Transmission
【摘要】 通过数值解非线性薛定谔方程,研究了光孤子通信系统中损耗、初始啁啾和脉宽对孤子传输的影响,并数值模拟了孤子在单模光纤中的演变。研究结果表明:较大的啁啾对光孤子的稳定传输有破坏作用,对脉宽较小的超高速光孤子系统影响更大。
【Abstract】 In the communication system of optical soliton, loss, inital chirp and the pulse width influences on the optical soliton propagation are studied by numerically calculating the nonlinear Schrodinger equation. Propagation of optical soliton is simulated in the single mode fiber. The results show that the bigger chirp influence on the stable propagation of optical soliton, is destractive and even more destractive on exceed high-stepping optical soliton having less pulse width.
