一种复杂的球头零件感应淬火工艺
The induction quenching technology of sphere-thrust shank
【摘要】 充分利用感应加热磁场的环形效应、邻近效应和导磁体的驱流作用,开发出复杂球头零件的感应淬火技术,解决了淬硬层不连续的问题。
【Abstract】 Make the best of induction basic effect, for example cycle effect, contiguity effect and drive current effect of magnetizer, we have exploitured a good inductor of rectangle-cycle multiplex structure. The technology has been successful used in manufacture.
