基于型面模板的覆盖件拉延模型面快速设计研究
Study on Shape Surface Template Based Fast Design of Shape Surfaces of Drawing Dies of Outer Panels
【摘要】 基于型面模板概念,针对构成型面模板工艺要素之间的相互关系建立了型面模板的装配关系模型,研究了型面模板参数化造型系统的实现技术。介绍了基于型面模板的覆盖件拉延模型面快速设计过程。从冲压方向的确定、边界识别和关键点的创建、压料面的设计、工艺补充面的设计及拉延筋设计等方面,对所开发的汽车覆盖件拉延模型面设计系统进行了介绍。
【Abstract】 Based on the concept of shape surface template,shape surface template assembly relationship model is created on the basis of the relationships between the process elements of the shape surface template,and realization tech-nology of the parameterization styling system for the shape surface template is studied.The shape surface template based on fast design procedures of mold surface of the drawing die for outer panels is introduced.The developed design system for drawing die shape surface of automotive outer panels is introduced from determination of pressing direction,identifica-tion of boundary,creation of key points,pressed material surface design,design of process supplement surfaces and design of drawn ribs,etc.
