自适应共振式曲轴弯曲疲劳试验机的研制
Development of the elf Adaptive Resonant Crankshaft Fatigue Bending Machine
【摘要】 研制了一种新型试验装置———自适应共振式曲轴弯曲疲劳试验机。阐述了该试验机的工作原理、系统设计及主要性能指标。利用该试验机对日本大发公司生产的经过圆角滚压处理的曲轴的极限承载弯矩进行了测试。结果表明,该试验机具有制造成本低、结构紧凑、测试精度高、工作稳定可靠、效率高、节能、噪声小等优点。
【Abstract】 A new type testing machine,the adaptive resonant crankshaft fatigue bending machine,is developed.The working principle,design of the system and key performance indices are introduced.The limit bending capacity of a round-corner-rolled crankshaft is measured with the testing machine.It is shown that the testing machine has advantages of low production cost,compact structure,high accuracy,stable and reliable,high efficiency,energy saving,and low noise,etc.
