对满足严格排放法规的重型车柴油机燃油系统的要求

【摘要】 重型车是可吸入颗粒和NOx排放的主要污染源。指出为满足严格排放法规的要求,高压喷射将是一个长期的发展趋向。在达欧Ⅲ以上排放要求的柴油机中,通过电控喷油系统能实现理想的喷油速率,通过预循环技术可降低发动机噪声,通过后喷射技术可降低发动机NOx和颗粒的排放。

【Abstract】 Heavy duty vehicles are the main exhaust sources of both particulate matters (PM) and NOx.It is pointed out that,in order to meet requirements of the more stringent emission regulation,high-pressure injection is a longterm developing trend.For diesel engines which comply with the EURO Ⅲ exhaust emission regulation and above,the electronic controlled fuel injection system is used to realize the ideal injection rate,the pre-circulation technology is used to reduce engine noises and the post-injection technology is used to reduce NOx and PM emissions.
