备胎槽冲压工艺设计与优化
Design and Optimization of Stamping Process of Reserve Radmulde
【摘要】 针对目前轿车深拉延零件型腔深、变形剧烈、成形难度大的特点,通过对某轿车备胎槽零件的冲压工艺方案设计、成形过程分析以及模具优化方案和效果的描述,介绍了一种在深拉延零件拉延模具上采用合金钢镶嵌块的结构,不仅从根本上解决了零件的成形困难问题,而且为解决类似的轿车深拉延零件成形问题提供了借鉴。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the features of deep cavity,severe deformation and forming difficulty of deep drawing parts used in current cars,recur to describe the stamping process design,forming process analysis,die improving and the effect of reserveradmulde part.This paper introduced the die structure of inlaying alloy steel on the deep drawing die.It not only solved the problem of part deformation,but also offered the profitable experience for solving the same deformation problem of the deep drawing-part in the car.
