热锻模耐磨耐冷热疲劳堆焊焊条的研制

【摘要】 研究了一种新型热锻模堆焊焊条。通过反复调整,确定了合适的药皮渣系及适合热锻模的合金系。堆焊层的金相显微分析表明,新研制的焊条堆焊层的组织为马氏体加残余奥氏体加碳化物,堆焊层的平均硬度为50.9HRC。磨损试验和耐冷热疲劳试验表明,新研制的焊条堆焊层的耐磨性和耐冷热疲劳性能优良。

【Abstract】 This paper presents the development of a new type build-up welding rod used for hot forging die.After some adjustments,adaptable drug residue system and alloy system have been selected and assured.The metallographic microanalyses of surfacing weld layer shows that the microstructure of build-up welding layer welded by the newly developed weld rod is a combination of martensite,residual austenite and carbide,mean hardness of surfacing layer is 50.9 HRC.Wear and cold-heat fatigue test results have shown that the wear-resistance and cold-heat fatigue resistance of build-up welding layer of hot forging die welded by newly developed welding rod is very well.
