非调质钢48MnV静态热模拟
Static Hot Simulation for Non-Tempering Steel 48MnV
【摘要】 采用静态热模拟的方法,研究了加热温度、冷却方式和静态参数对非调质钢48MnV显微组织、力学性能的影响。结果表明,48MnV在1100~1200℃加热、750~850℃保温60min,然后快冷到600℃以下堆冷,可以获得较好的综合力学性能。
【Abstract】 This paper presents the effect of heating temperature and cooling mode on microstructure and mechanical performance of non-tempering steel 48MnV-the test denotes the better comprehensive mechanical performance by heating temperature 1 100~1 200 ℃- keeping temperature and time 750~850 ℃ & 60 min respectively,cooling quickly below 600 ℃ and stack cooling.
