燃料电池发动机测控系统控制平台开发
Development of Control Platform for Testing and Control System of Fuel Cell Engines
【摘要】 基于MATLAB/SIMULINK/STATEFLOW软件平台 ,结合dSPACE的软硬件资源 ,开发出了燃料电池发动机测控系统的控制平台。在燃料电池发动机测试规范的基础上 ,该平台实时地实现了发动机的工况管理、基于CAN总线的各部件节点的协调控制、自动和手动测试及无缝切换、测功机负载控制、故障诊断和处理及数据记录等功能 ,顺利完成了燃料电池发动机的测试。
【Abstract】 A control platform for testing and control system of fuel cell engines is developed in this paper based on MATLAB/SIMULINK/STATEFLOW software environment and utilizing the hardware/software resources of dSPACE.Tailored for the testing specification for fuel cell engines,the platform has realized in real time a variety of functions,including management of fuel cell engine in all working conditions,harmonious control of all components based on CAN bus,automatic/manual testing and seamless switching between them,the load adjustment of dynamometer,faults diagnosis and recovery,and data recording,etc.And it has been used and verified in the real test of fuel cell engine.
