【摘要】 该文从委托项目信息结构和创新发生原理出发 ,提出四位一体的新颖性控制方法。即 :技术现状分析 (存在性 )、创新来源 (着生点 )、国内外信息对比 (新颖性宏观时空特征 )、技术新颖点 (新颖性微观特征 ) ,指出了搞清创新来源的重要性。通过多学科查新实例检验 ,表明该方法不但具有科学性而且还有很好的可操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses a control method of novelty by analysising information structure and invonate principle of client item and offers suggestion on the report model which is consisted of four parts,i.e., the present condition of technique(exsistence),the origin of creative(being bear bit),the information contrast of domestic and overseas(megacopic characteristic of spacetime),the novelty of technique(microscopical characteristic of novelty).The author considers it is important to enphasis the origin of technique creation.More practice of the method through multiple discipline exhibit that it is not only manipulability but also scentificity.更多还原
