试论网络信息资源控制的立法保障
On Law Guarantee of Information Resource Control Under Network Environment
【摘要】 文章从网络信息资源的优化配置、广泛共享、信息安全三个方面探讨了网络信息资源控制的立法保障。
【Abstract】 The law guarantee of information resource controling under network environment is discussed from the properties of resource allocation,resource sharing and information security in the paper.
