【摘要】 目的综述阿霉素脂质体的研究进展。方法依据近年来国内外文献资料,对新型阿霉素脂质体——温度敏感脂质体、免疫脂质体以及空间稳定脂质体进行概括,并在药效学上与传统阿霉素脂质体及阿霉素普通制剂进行比较。结果新型阿霉素脂质体与传统阿霉素脂质体或阿霉素普通制剂相比,体内靶向性增强,抗肿瘤效果显著提高。结论新型阿霉素脂质体有广阔的临床应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To review the development of doxorubicin(DR) liposome. Methods According to the related literatures published recently, the new type liposomes including thermo-sensitive liposome,immunoliposome, sterically stabilized liposome were introduced respectively, comparing with the traditional DR liposome and the ordinary DR preparation. Results The new type liposo mes of DR can enhance the targeting action and improve the effectively of anticancer drug markedly. Conclusions The new type liposomes of DR have promising future for clinical application.更多还原
