TiO2薄膜光催化效果的强化(1)
Promotion of Photocatalytic Efficiency for TiO2 Thin Film(1)
【摘要】 采用溶胶 -凝胶法制备Ti0 2 溶胶 ,将其涂覆在普通钠钙玻璃上 ,以Ti0 2 对甲基橙的光分解率探讨Ti0 2 薄膜的最佳焙烧时间、焙烧温度、光催化性能。结果表明 ,当焙烧温度为 45 0℃、焙烧时间为 1h时 ,Ti0 2 的晶型为锐钛矿型 ,对甲基橙的光分解率最高 :水加入量为 0 .2 5g时 ,镀膜效果较为理想 :未修饰的Ti0 2 薄膜在pH =2时 ,光催化活性最高 ;Ti0 2 与H2 S0 4的摩尔比为 1 :1 .5时 ,超强酸化薄膜的光催化活性最高 :La3 + 掺杂量为 5 %、Fe3 + 掺杂量为 0 .0 3 %时 ,光催化效果最好
【Abstract】 Ti0 2 sol wasprepared using sol-gelmethod,and coated on the surface of common glass, the best calcinated time and temperature and photocatalytic ability was investigated in terms of the degradation of Ti0 2 thin film on methyl orange.The results demonstrated that the Ti0 2 crystalline phase was anatase and the degradation on methyl orange was highest when calcinated time=1h, calcinated temperature was 450℃.The coated film was perfect when the addition quantity of water was 0.25g.The photocatalytic activity of Ti0 2 thin film without modifying was highest when pH=2.The photocatalytic activity Of aciditied thin fihn was best when n(“Ti0 2):n (H 2S0 4)=1:1.5,m(La 3+ ):m(Ti0 2)=5%,m(TiO 2):m(Ti0 2)=0.03%.
