硫脲法生产巯基乙酸铵工艺中废渣的再利用研究

【摘要】 硫脲法生产巯基乙酸铵工艺中产生大量的碳酸钡废渣 ,本文介绍了利用该废渣制备其生产中所需原料氢氧化钡的工艺流程及原理 ,并通过实验 ,考察了工艺条件对氢氧化钡产品质量的影响。合成的氢氧化钡含量为 95 .1 % ,达到了工业合格品要求 ,且钡的单程转化率约为 70 %。

【Abstract】 s:The waste residue which contains large quantity of the barium carbonate had been produced in the craft of producing ammonium thioglycolate by sulfocarbamide method,the craft flow and theory of using the waste residue synthesizing barium hydroxide as the rawmaterial for producing was introduced.Through the experiment,the affects of the craft condition on the quality of barium hydroxide were examined.The containing of the barium hydroxide is 95.1%,it has attained to the industry request and the one-way transformation ratio of barium is about 70%.
