【摘要】 目的　研究我省野生枫香 (LiquidambarFormosanaHance)树皮、树叶有效成分提取方法对鞣质含量的影响。方法　采用络合滴定法测定提取液中鞣质含量 ,以分析不同提取方法的效果。实验结果 :枫香树皮、树叶中鞣质含量因提取方法的不同而有明显的差别 ,无水乙醇、乙酸乙酯提取液中鞣质含量分别为 1 2 .3 5 %、1 1 .3 5 %。有机溶剂提取比水溶液提取效果更好 ,枫香树叶中鞣质含量比树皮高更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of extracting methods on the cntents of tannin in the barks and leaves of wildness Liquidambar Formosana Hance in Jiangxi province were investigated.The experimental result show that it content,whch was analysed with complexometric titration,in the extracted solutions varies with the different solvent,eg.12.35%by absolnte ethanol and 11.35% by ethyl acetate,respectively.Moreover,the leaves contain more tannin than it barks.更多还原
