【Abstract】 The technology of immobilized enzyme was introduced in the paper. The concept, the traditional preparation methods and its modified methods, modern preparation methods of immobilized enzyme were presented. The application and existeut problems of immobilized enzyme technology in such fields as chemistry, chemical engineering, food, clinic medication, biosensor and environment were summarized as well.
