【摘要】 探讨了采用过氧化氢及超声波除去山羊皮及猪皮粒面层色素的方法。从减轻氧化过程对皮纤维的损伤出发,经过对比实验,确定了过氧化氢漂白的适宜浓度及较佳的作用时间和温度。实验结果表明:在进行漂白时,随着过氧化氢浓度的增加,温度的升高,漂白效果逐渐加强。超声波在一定程度上能加快过氧化氢的漂白速度,不会对皮胶原纤维结构产生不良影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Natural pigment in grain layer of goat skin and pig skin was bleached by hydrogen peroxide and ultrasound. The suitable concentration, time and temperature of bleaching were determined to reduce the damage of collagen fibers as less as possible. The results showed that the effect of bleaching was strengthened gradually with the increase of concentration and the rise of temperature of hydrogen peroxide. By ultrasound, the speed of bleaching of hydrogen peroxide could be accelerated and the structure of collagenous fiber was damaged hardly.更多还原
