【摘要】 目的 :研究细胞免疫在带状疱疹发病中的作用及迪赛片治疗的效果。方法 :应用流式细胞仪技术 ,通过微量血直接免疫荧光法测定带状疱疹患者治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群 ,并观察迪赛片治疗效果。结果 :4 3例带状疱疹患者治疗前CD3 、CD4明显下降 (P <0 0 5 )、CD8有升高趋势 ,CD4/CD8比值有所下降 ,但无统计学意义。 2 3例迪赛片治疗组 2周后T淋巴细胞亚群接近正常水平 ,病毒灵治疗组CD3 、CD4比率较治疗前虽有所提高 ,但仍低于健康对照。迪赛片治疗组皮疹和神经痛消退快 ,病程短。结论 :带状疱疹患者细胞免疫功能下降 ,迪赛片能够增强 ,加用迪赛片治疗能取得更好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the role of cellular immunity in pathogenesis of herpes zoster(HZ) and the effect of thymopeptide ECT therapy. Methods T-lymphocyte subsets were measured by flow cytometry(FCM).The patients were treated with thymopeptide. Results Decrease of CD 3、CD 4 were found in HZ group as compared with the controls. But, CD 8, and CD 4/CD 8 ratioin HZ group werenot different from that of the controls.In 23 patients,who were treated with thymopeptide,the T-cell subsets recovered to normal after2 weeks. There was no significantial change in 20 patients who were treated with. In the patients treated with thymopeptide, the course of disease was shorter.; the disappearance of exanthema and relief of neuralgia were quicker than in patients with therapy. Conclusion These results indicated cellular immunity was impaired in HZ patients and suggested that HZ patients treated with thymopeptide could get some better effects.更多还原
