【摘要】 目的 :了解肛周尖锐湿疣T细胞亚群及NK细胞有无异常。方法 :应用流式细胞仪检测尖锐湿疣患者及正常对照组T细胞亚群以及NK细胞。结果 :与对照组比较患者组CD3 细胞无显著性改变 ,CD4细胞显著降低 ,CD4/CD8值降低 ,NK细胞较正常对照组显著降低 ,CD8细胞显著升高。结论 :尖锐湿疣患者细胞免疫功能缺陷以及NK细胞数的下降可能是导致尖锐湿疣易发病的原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effects of T lymphocyte subsetes and NK cell in peripheral blood on perianal condylomtacuminatae.Methods:Tlymphocyte subsetes and NK cell weredetected quantitatively by flow cytometry in patients with Condyloma acurainatae and the controls.Results:No significant diference Wasfound in CD 3 cell counts between the patients with condylomaacuminatae and the controls.However,significant decrease of CD 4cell,CD 4/CD 8 ration,NK cell were found in the patients with condyloma acuminatae than those in the controls,and significant increase of CD 8 wasfound in the patients with condyloma acuminatae than those in the controls. Conclusions:The results indicate that the defect of the cellular immunofunction and decreased counts of NK cell migh berelated to the pathogenesis of condyloma acuminatae.更多还原
