【摘要】 目的 :探讨脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP)对新生儿及婴儿听力检测的价值。方法 :利用BAEP对 5 0例在出生后用耳声发射仪做听力筛查“未通过”(其中双侧 37例、右耳 6例、左耳 7例 )的新生儿及婴儿进行听力测定及BAEP检测。结果 :作BAEP时听阈测定耳聋 38例 (占 76 % ) (双耳耳聋的为 2 7例 ,单侧耳聋的为 11例 ) ,其中轻至中度耳聋 2 7例 (占 5 4 % ) ,中至重度以上耳聋 11例 (占 2 2 % ) ,不同程度耳聋伴BAEP异常的为 37例 (占 5 4 % ) ,轻度耳聋伴BAEP正常 1例 ,BAEP及听力均正常 2例 ,另有 10例为单纯的BAEP异常。结论 :BAEP能鉴别新生儿及婴儿“听力筛查未通过”是因耳蜗感音性听力障碍还是脑干听觉通路异常引起 ,以及判断耳聋的程度 ,为临床的诊断和评估疗效提供可靠的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the value of brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) in hearing test in neonates and infants.Methods:BAEP and hearing test were performed in 50 infants who were examined with acoustic emission as“not passed”.Both ears of 37 cases,right ears of 6 cases,and left ears of 7 cases was included in the examination.Results:Thirty-eight cases (76%) of hearing loss were identified,27 of them were bilateral hearing loss and 11 unilateral hearing loss.Twenty-seven (54%) cases of hearing loss were mild or moderate while 11(22%) were severe;Thirty-seven cases were identified as abnormal BAEP accompanied by various degrees of hearing loss,1 case mild hearing loss accompanied by normal BAEP,2 cases of normal BAEP accompanied by normal hearing,and 10 cases of simple abnormal BAEP.Conclusion:BAEP can tell whether“not passed”neonates and infants were caused by cochlear deafness or abnormal brainstem auditory pathway,and identify the degrees respectively,which provides a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
