【Abstract】 Economy globalization is more deepen, and the section, industry, enterprise of every country become indivisibleafter the eighties of the twentieth century. A lot of industries are inclined to agglomerate from one place to another place. Theclauses of industry clustering are as follows: descend of country’s function, ascend of region’s function, localization strategy ofmultinational company, localization trend of innovation and diffuse, and development of localization labor force market. Economyglobalization has been enlarging the scope of industry clusters, stretching intercommunion and cooperation with externalenvironment, extending joint scope of region network, increasing chance of industry clusters, promoting competition withinindustry cluster.
