【摘要】 本文分析了我国知识产权保护存在的问题,提出了加强我国知识产权保护应采取的对策。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the problems of the knowledge property rights protection in China and puts forward the countermeasures for the knowledge property protection in our country.
