论图书馆人力资源的开发与管理
On the Exploitation and Management of the Labor Power Resources in Libraries
【摘要】 本文阐述了人力资源在图书馆事业发展中的特殊作用,并针对图书馆人力资源管理的现状,论述了开发与管理的对策。
【Abstract】 The paper expounds the special functions of the labor power resources in libraries. According to the status quo of the library labor-power-resource management, It puts forward the countermeasures of the exploitation and the management.
