氟虫腈及其中间体的合成研究进展
Research Progress on Synthesis of Fipronil and its Main Intermediate
【摘要】 对近十年来氟虫腈及其主要中间体芳基吡唑腈的合成方法的改进及其发展进行了综述,具体介绍了氟虫腈的3条合成路线及芳基吡唑腈的5种制备方法,并对这些合成方法作了必要评价及给出了一些具体实例。
【Abstract】 This paper reviews the improvement and development over the past ten years of the synthesis methods forfipronil and its main intermediate, (N-phenylpyrazolecarbonitrile), and discusses in detail three fipronil synthesisroutes and five synthesis methods for N-phenylpyrazolecarbonitrile. Also presented are an evaluation of these syn-thesis methods and some detailed examples.
