【摘要】 JS399 19是国家南方农药创制中心江苏基地发现并正在开发中的新型氰基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂。研究表明 ,JS399 19对小麦赤霉病、辣椒疫霉病、水稻恶苗病、棉花枯萎病、小麦纹枯病及黄瓜灰霉病等具有优良的抑制活性 ,对小麦赤霉病菌的EC50 为 0 1895～ 0 2 2 5 2g/L ;并具保护和治疗作用 ;田间试验表明 ,应用剂量为30 0～ 75 0g/hm2 可有效控制小麦赤霉病的发生与危害。研究比较表明 ,JS399 19对小麦赤霉病的防效显著优于多菌灵。更多还原

【Abstract】 JS399-19, a novel cyanoacrylate fungicide, was discovered by Jiangsu branch of National Pesticide Research & Development South Center, and is now in development. JS399-19 exhibited good control against the growth of fungus, such as wheat headblight (Gibberella zeae), pepper phytophthora blight (Phytophthora capsici), rice bakanae (Gibberella fujikuroi), cotton fusarium wilt (Fusarium oxysporum), wheat sharp eyespot (Rhizoctonia cerealis ), and cucumber gray mold (Botrytis cinerea) etc.. In particular, JS399-19 is highly efficiency against wheat headblight, EC 50, 0.1895-0.2252 g/L and shows both protective and curative properties. Field test showed that, JS399-19 was an excellent fungicide for control of both susceptive and resistant Gibberella zeae, at dosage of 300-750 g a.i. /ha, providing much better efficiency than that of carbendazim.更多还原
