【摘要】 4 ,5 ,7 三氯喹啉是一种重要的医药、农药中间体。介绍了 192 0年以来 ,以 3,5 二氯苯胺为起始原料制备 4 ,5 ,7 三氯喹啉的主要方法 :包括经过脱羧过程和不经过脱羧过程制备 5 ,7 二氯 4 羟基喹啉再合成 4 ,5 ,7 三氯喹啉 ,先合成 2 ,4 ,5 ,7 四氯喹啉再脱氯制备 4 ,5 ,7 三氯喹啉 ,以及先氧化为喹啉氮氧化物之后取代再还原生成 4 ,5 ,7 三氯喹啉 ,在各制备方法之后总结了不同方法得到的不同结果 ,并且分别比较了这几种方法的可行性 ,作出了作者的评述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Trichloroquinoline is an important intermediate used for medicines and agrichemicals.Main preparations of 4,5,7-trichloroquinoline from 3,5-dichloroaniline as raw material are introduced in the essay,including:prepare 5,7-dichloro-4-hydroxyquinoline via dehydroxyation or without dehydroxyation firstfor 4,5,7-trichloroquinoline,Prepare 2,4,5,7-tetrachloroquinoline first then after dechloratation prepare 4,5,7-trichloroquinoline,Via oxidation prepare for quinoline oxide and then for 4,5,7-trichloroquinoline after substitution and reduction ordinally.At the end of the preparation methods,different results obtained through different synthetic routes are presented.And the feasibilities of different methods are also discussed.更多还原
