【摘要】 介绍了烷基酯法草甘膦生产中催化剂三乙胺回收的连续化工艺。采用由单螺旋片静态混合器、重力层析器与非均相恒沸精馏塔相组合的流程 ,三乙胺的回收率达 98%以上 ,且操作简便、节能显著。连续化工艺已用于 30 0 0 0t/a草甘膦生产装置

【Abstract】 A technique for continuous recovery and recycling of triethyl amine catalyst during production of glyphosate from dimethyl phosphite is discussed. Percentage recovery of triethyl amine is >98% with a process using a helical-element static mixer,a gravity decanter,and a heterogeneous azeotropic distillation tower. Energy consumption is low and the operation is convenient. This technology has been used in a glyphosate production unit turning out 30,000 tons per year.
