【摘要】 通过对十多种农药中常用助剂的筛选,研制了一种高浓度的B.t.超低容量喷雾水悬浮剂(B.t.-ULV制剂)。配方优化试验表明,在B.t.发酵浓缩液中加入1%润湿剂X,15%的悬浮剂ZY,在0.05%的浓度下对石蜡表面仍有较好的润湿性,有效成分悬浮率为90.8%,粘度为7.1mPa·s,挥发率为21.16%。激光粒度分析和电镜照片表明,该制剂的粒子平均直径为8.46μm,低于B.t.-80水悬浮剂的平均粒径,粒径分布较窄,适合进行超低容量喷雾。

【Abstract】 After screening adjuvants commonly used in more than 10 pesticides, a highly concentrated suspension concentrate of Bacillus thuringiensis was developed for ultra-low volume spray applications. Formulation optimization studies indicated that addition of 1 % wetting agent X and 15 % suspending agent ZY to the concentrated Bt fermentation broth provided good wetting of paraffin wax, even when applied at concentrations less than 0.05 % . Active ingredients in the suspension concentrate (SC) were 90.8% suspended, while viscosity was 7.1 mPa·s and volatility was 21.16%. Laser particle size analysis and electron microscopy showed that particle diameter of the SC was 8.46 μm, which is smaller than that of Bt-80, and that particle size distribution is comparatively narrow and suitable for ultra-low volume spray applications.
