【摘要】 用含一定浓度梯度Na2CO3的完全营养溶液培养“甜研3号”甜玉米幼苗,定时观察并记录幼苗生长情况,60hr后测定幼苗的叶片相对含水量、叶绿素含量、根系活力、脯胺酸含量等生理指标。并恢复用不含Na2CO3的完全营养溶液培养,统计玉米幼苗的存活率。结果显示,20mmol/L以下的Na2CO3溶液对甜玉米幼苗的伤害很轻微,幼苗存活率较高;30mmol/L以上的Na2CO3溶液对甜玉米幼苗的伤害严重,属不可逆胁变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Treat the sweet corn “Tian Yan NO.3” seedlings with complete nourishment with different content of Na2CO3 . Observe and record the seedlings’ growth circumstance regulary . Measure the Relative Water cotent , Chlorophyll cotent , procline cotent of leaf and Root vitality after 60hr of treatment , statisticing the Rate of Survive 5d later.The results show that contents of Na2CO3 under 20 mmol/L have slight effects on the sweet corn seedlings .Most of them survived the Salt Alkaline treatments . Contents of Na2CO3 above 30 mmol/L are unbearable to sweet corn seedlings . They were seriously disserviced, and couldn’t survive when the stress treatments were released.更多还原
