新化合物JS913生物活性评价

【摘要】 除草活性研究表明:新化合物JS913对禾本科杂草、莎草科杂草和部分小粒阔叶杂草具有较高的防除活性,对水稻、玉米、大豆、棉花等作物安全。在25~100 g (a.i.)/hm2剂量下于温室苗前处理对多数禾本科杂草、莎草科杂草和部分小粒阔叶杂草具有较高的防除活性,鲜重抑制率达80%以上,对水稻、玉米、大豆、棉花等作物安全。田间筛选试验结果表明,JS913在60~120g (a.i.)/hm2剂量下对移栽水稻田和玉米田大多数禾本科杂草、莎草科杂草和部分小粒阔叶杂草具有较好的防效,防效达50%~100%,对移栽水稻、玉米安全。

【Abstract】 The bioassay on some kinds of weeds and crops in greenhouse and field trial showed that JS913 was a compound with high herbicidal activity. It was very effective against many grasses including Echinochloa crusgalli, Digitaria sanguinalis, Setaria viridis, Poa annua, Eleusine indica, Alopecurus aequalis, Leptochloa chinensis and Avena fatua, sedges including Cyperus difformis, Fimbristylis miliacea and Cyperus rotundus, small-seed dicotyledons including Amaranthus retroflexus and Chenopodium serotinu. And it was safe to major crops such as rice, corn, soybean and cotton. In greenhouse, its fresh-weight inhibitory rate to above all weeds was over 80% at dosage of 25~100 g (a.i.)/hm2 and no phytotoxicity was observed to above all crops. In field trial, at dosage of 60~120g (a.i.)/hm2, efficacy was from 50% to 100% and it was safe enough to transplanted rice and corn.
