【摘要】 按照WTO规则,农产品关税要逐年进行减让,但没有一个成员国单独放弃关税保护。文章在充分考虑我国农产品关税减让背景的基础上,探讨我国农产品关税减让的取向。首先,明确了影响关税减让的因素,找出其中较为重要的因素;其次,根据比较优势和贸易规模两个最重要的因素,建立"竞争力-贸易规模"二维图,根据关税减让的需要将农产品分为七类;分别对这七类产品进行关税减让取向分析,旨在进行关税减让过程中充分发挥关税的有效保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The tariff of agricultural products should be cut year by year in term of the WTO regulation. Even though, there is no member country to give up the tariff protection alone. The research will discuss the tropism of our country’s agricultural tariff reduction based on the backdrop of tariff concession. In the first place, we definitude the factors affecting the tariff reduction and find out the most important ones. In the next place, we set up a "competition-trade size" planar graph according to comparative advantage and trade size the most important factors. In the light of the needs of tariff concession, we divide agricultural products into seven kinds. Then we analyze the seven kinds products’ tariff reduction separately. The research aims to make good use of the tariff protection in the tariff concession process.更多还原
