多硅酸钠的助洗性能研究
Study on the Proporty of Sodium Polysilicate as Detergent Builder
【摘要】 用硅酸钠与硅酸水凝胶反应,制备不同组成的多硅酸钠(Na2O·nSiO2,n=1~8)。研究表明,随n值增大,多硅酸钠的溶解性,碱性和结合Ca2+、Mg2+的量降低,而缓冲性能提高,n≥5时,溶解性较差;不同多硅酸钠对涤纶布的去污性能影响不大;对于棉布,随n值增大去污值增大。综合性能以四硅酸钠为最优。
【Abstract】 A series of sodium polysilicates was synthesized from sodium silicate and watergel of silicic acid (Na2O·nSiO2,n=1~8).Testing show that as the n value increases,the alkalinity,solubility of sodium polysilicate and the amount of combined Ca2+,Mg2+ are reduced,but its buffer property rises and when n≥5,the solubility is lower,Different sodium polvsilicates have little effect on the decontamination of Dacron cloth,but as to cotton cloth,the decontamination ratio becomes greater as the n value rises.The decombination property of sodium tetrasilicate is best.
