铁-邻菲罗啉分光光度法测定微量葡萄糖
Spectrophotometric Determination of Mico glucose with Iron-o-phenanthrollne
【摘要】 在碱性条件下 ,建立了测定样品中微量葡萄糖的分光光度法 ,基于葡萄糖的还原性 ,用糖将Ag+ 还原为Ag ,生成的Ag将Fe3 + 还原为Fe2 + ,Fe2 + 在pH =4 5的介质中与邻菲罗啉 (o_phen)反应形成桔红色络合物 ,在 5 10nm波长处有一最大吸收。
【Abstract】 Be lining below the alkalinity,a method for the determination of micro glucose by spectrophometry was estblished,based on using glucose as a reduction agent,Ag+ could be reduced Ag,Ag could reduced Fe3+,which reacted with o-phenantroline(o-phen)in the medium of pH4.5 to form an orange complex with a maximum absorption at 510nm.The method has heen applied to determine micro glucose in the samples satisfactory results.
