【Abstract】 Marketing city is a new choice of civilization. But the phenomenon of destroying cultivated lands also happened during marketing city. There are two reasons. One is that a lot of cultivated lands are abused and occupied illegally. The other is that utilizing lands ineffectly. There are four ways to settle the problem. First, building up the concept of cultivated lands’protection. Second, cultivating new lands to make up that persons occupied. Third, regulating the market of lands.
