低能离子的生物效应及在植物生物技术上的应用
Biological Effects of Low-energy Ions and Its Application to Plant Biotechnology
【摘要】 中国研究者首先发现了低能离子注入的生物效应,它对植物体的诱变作用已经被大量的实验所证明,对于诱变的机理也开展了活跃的研究,同时离子注入育种也取得了很大的进展。结合本实验室的工作,就低能离子对植物体的诱变效应及其应用、诱变机理和DNA修饰等方面的进展进行综述和讨论。
【Abstract】 The biological effects of low-energy ions were found firstly in China. Its mutational effects on plants were proved by lots of experimental results and the complex mechanisms were investigated actively. Meanwhile, the mutation breeding of low-energy ion implantation has made great progress. Combining with the work of our laboratory, we reviewed and discussed the advances of the mutational effects and their applications, mutational mechanisms and DNA modification on plants of low-energy ions here.
