【Abstract】 A method based on RP-HPLC was developed for the determination of 60% Hezazinone+diuron WP.The mobile phase was methanol+water(57∶43).The detection was performed at UV 254nm.The average recoveri was 98.8% and 99.2%,The stardard deviation was 0.07 and 0.052,the coefficient of variation was 0.53% and 0.11%,the coefficient of linear correlation was 0.999 9 and 0.999 5,for hexazinone and diuron respectively.更多还原
