【摘要】 本文叙述了采用气相色谱法即用5%OV-101/ChromosorbWAWDMCS(154～180μm)的玻璃填充柱,以邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯为内标物,用氢火焰离子化检测器对1-(4-氯苯基)-4,4-二甲基-3-戊酮进行定量分析。结果表明,该分析方法的标准偏差为0.3547,变异系数为0.3722%,平均回收率为99.60%,线性相关系数为0.9997。更多还原

【Abstract】 The quantitative analysis of 1-(4-Chlorophenyl)-4,4-dimethyl-3-pentanone was introduced using gas chromatography with 5%OV-101/ Chromosorb W AW DMCS(154～180μm)glass column and di-iso-butyl phthalate as internal standard and FID detector. The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.354 7, the variation coeffricient was 0.372 2%, the average recovery was 99.60%, liner correlation was 0.999 7.更多还原
